I received my training at Bryan College in Gold River.
I have completed over 1100 hours of training in seven different massage modalities. The modalities I currently practice are:
Swedish Relaxation Massage, to help you relax and de-stress; Deep Tissue Massage to target specific problem areas of pain, tension and stress; 15-20 minute chair massages, for people who want to relax, but don't feel they have time for a full body massage.
